We're back again, proving time remains a flat circle. This week the KC crew is auditing a pass-the-mic they recorded in 2009 titled "Public Outcry." A befuddling rap track with references to Legend of Zelda and Teaching Miss Tingle, it's the third song to appear on KC's second proper album, W.E.B.A.C.K.
